Deposits are credited to your phjilli wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phjilli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phjilli.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjilli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
phjilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjilli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjilli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
phjilli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phjilli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phjilli complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phjilli, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjilli will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
